Reflected XSS in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.4.0.0 allows remote attackers to run script via a crafted HTTP URL. The UI Framework reflects the target GET parameter without safe output encoding, allowing a closing script tag to inject JavaScript. A victim must follow the crafted link; the script then runs in the Enterprise Manager origin and can read or modify accessible application data.
