Administration flaw in affected Oracle BI Publisher releases allows remote authenticated users to read critical data over HTTP. Oracle has not published the defective Administration code path or the operation it performs incorrectly. Low-privilege access is required; exploitation can modify or delete some accessible data and partially interrupt the service.
