Credential disclosure via plaintext logs-stack configuration

Cleartext credential exposure in IBM Security Verify Information Queue 1.0.6 and 1.0.7 allows attackers to read credentials in transit. The optional logs-stack YAML stores the InfluxDB username and password as plaintext parameters during setup. An authenticated account and a man-in-the-middle position are required, and the reported consequence is credential disclosure only.
