Unauthorized actions via legacy-browser SameSite bypass

Cross-site request forgery in IBM Security Verify Information Queue 1.0.6 and 1.0.7 allows remote attackers to perform unauthorized actions. The web application relies on the SameSite cookie attribute for CSRF protection while permitting older browsers that do not consistently enforce it. Exploitation requires a trusted user to interact with an attacker-controlled request in such a browser, and the action carries that user's application authority.
