File disclosure via unenforced LOAD directory restrictions

Information disclosure in IBM Db2 9.7, 10.1, 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5 allows remote attackers to read files through the LOAD utility. Under certain circumstances, LOAD accesses input files as the Db2 instance owner without enforcing configured directory restrictions. The vulnerable path is reached when LOAD processes a file; IBM has not disclosed the triggering circumstances or replication details.
