Stored XSS in IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus WebGUI 8.1.x allows remote authenticated users to expose trusted-session credentials. IBM states that user-supplied JavaScript is stored in the Web UI, but has not disclosed the input field, handler, or missing neutralization step. A low-privileged account can plant code that runs in a trusted session and can read credentials or alter displayed functionality.
