Denial of service in Oracle WebLogic Server Core Components allows remote authenticated users to partially interrupt service via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected HTTP endpoint, the malformed operation, or the Core Components implementation error. Low-privileged credentials are required, and successful exploitation affects availability only in versions 12.1.3.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0, and 14.1.1.0.0.
