Divide by zero in ImageMagick before 6.9.11-62 and before 7.0.10-62 allows attackers to crash applications via crafted images. ScaleResampleFilter divides by F after zero filter support makes F zero; the patch instead uses PerceptibleReciprocal for both calculations. Reachability requires a crafted image to be processed, and the consequence is an application crash rather than data access or modification.
