Unauthenticated modification of accessible application data
Published Jan 20, 2021 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Installed Base 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.9 allows remote attackers to modify accessible data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the HTTP-exposed APIs and has not published the incorrect operation performed on untrusted input. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by another person, and successful attacks can update, insert, or delete data without reading it or interrupting service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
