Remote crash via client-tags allocation failure leaks

Memory exhaustion in Privoxy before 3.0.29 allows remote attackers to crash the proxy through its client-tags CGI handler. When a memory allocation fails during CGI processing, the handler does not release already allocated memory, causing memory use to accumulate. Client tags must be configured; continued triggering exhausts memory and crashes the proxy process or host, with no reported data exposure or modification.
