Root command execution via default UART credentials

Improper UART access control in NETGEAR Nighthawk RAX43 1.0.3.96 allows physically proximate attackers to execute commands as root. The production UART console accepts the unchanged admin:admin credentials and starts a root-capable command session over a serial connection. Physical access to the router and a serial connection are required, after which the attacker receives unrestricted root command execution.
