OS command injection in Gryphon Tower 04.0004.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands as root over port 9999. The controller_server operation 3 handler inserts the untrusted ipaddr parameter into a command string and passes it unsanitized to system(). Access from the same network is sufficient, without authentication or user interaction, and successful injection grants root-level control of the router.
