An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control 11.1.1.9 and 12.2.1.3 allows remote attackers to alter or read data. Oracle identifies the FMW Control Plugin as the affected component but has not published the erroneous operation or input path. Unauthenticated HTTP access is sufficient, and exploitation can also delete data or partially interrupt the management console.
