CVE-2021-20035Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via management interface injection

Published Sep 27, 2021 · Updated Oct 21, 2025

OS command injection in the SonicWall SMA 100 Series management interface allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as nobody. SonicWall has not disclosed the affected handler, parameter, or exact operation that fails to neutralize command metacharacters. Valid management credentials are required; affected firmware spans the documented 9.0.0, 10.2.0, and 10.2.1 branches, and execution is bounded by the nobody account.
