A Web Services flaw in Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6.0.0 and 12.1.3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to modify accessible data. Oracle has not published the affected Web Services locus or the operation that mishandles an HTTP request. Low-privilege WebLogic credentials and HTTP network access are required; successful exploitation can create, delete, or modify any data accessible to the server, without reported disclosure or service interruption.
