Local arbitrary write via untrusted RFA pointer

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows local users to write arbitrary data into modem OS memory through an FTM Diag command. The closed-source RFA component dereferences an attacker-controlled pointer from the diagnostic command and uses it as a write destination. Low privileges and local diagnostic access are required; the attacker can overwrite modem OS memory without user interaction.
