Kernel-address disclosure via uninitialized NPU event data

Information disclosure in Qualcomm Snapdragon NPU drivers allows local users to read kernel memory through the event-receive ioctl. The app_msg_proc path initializes only part of msm_npu_event, and npu_receive_event copies the full structure, including uninitialized bytes, to user space. An untrusted app with NPU device access can retrieve a kernel function address and defeat KASLR; the flaw alone does not provide code execution.
