Reachable assertion in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN platforms allows remote attackers to interrupt wireless service through peer operations. The closed-source WLAN component improperly verifies peer state during creation and deletion, so malformed lifecycle input reaches an assertion. Network reachability without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and the bounded consequence is an assertion-induced service interruption.
