Device identifier disclosure via unprotected QMMI broadcasts

Information disclosure in Qualcomm Snapdragon devices allows local users to obtain unique device identifiers through the QMMI app. The preinstalled com.qualcomm.qti.qmmi package accepts an unprotected DIAG_START_TESTCAST broadcast, runs SYSTEM_INFO, and returns IMEI, serial, Wi-Fi MAC, and Bluetooth addresses in an unrestricted implicit broadcast. A zero-permission third-party Android app can reach the flaw when QMMI 4.0 resides under /system/app rather than a privileged-app directory; the demonstrated impact is identifier disclosure only.
