Device unavailability via eMMC flashing buffer over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Qualcomm Snapdragon eMMC flashing code allows physically proximate attackers to make affected devices unavailable. The flashing path checks the supplied buffer size incorrectly and reads beyond the buffer while processing an eMMC device image. Physical access to the flashing interface is required, and the CNA assessment limits the resulting impact to loss of availability.
