Integer underflow via inconsistent RTCP block length

Integer underflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon RTCP processing allows remote attackers to trigger the flaw through a malformed RTCP packet. The parser accepts an RTCP length smaller than the number of blocks actually present, causing its block accounting to subtract beyond the declared length and underflow. Network reachability requires no authentication or user interaction, while Qualcomm has not published the resulting memory operation or concrete consequence.
