Use-after-free in Apple kernel on iOS and iPadOS before 14.4 allows remote attackers to cause denial of service. The kernel mishandles a freed object and can be driven through a remote attack path into service interruption. The vulnerable operation is a denial-of-service condition rather than data disclosure or code execution, and Apple fixed it in iOS and iPadOS 14.4 and corresponding macOS updates.
