Adjacent LLDP packets leak memory

Memory leak in Cisco Video Surveillance 7000 Series IP Cameras before 2.12.4 allows unauthenticated adjacent attackers to cause denial of service. The LLDP ingress parser incorrectly processes crafted Layer 2 packets, causing memory to be consumed continuously until the camera crashes and reloads. Exploitation requires presence in the same broadcast domain; the consequence is service interruption without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
