Privilege escalation via overprivileged SFTP service

Privilege escalation in Cisco ConfD allows local users to execute commands with the privileges of the ConfD process through its SFTP interface. The SFTP user service inherits the privilege level held when the built-in CLI SSH server was enabled instead of the authenticated user's lower privilege. A valid ConfD account and an enabled built-in SSH server are required; any ConfD user with that access can reach process-level privileges, commonly root.
