Adjacent device crash via malformed discovery packets

Resource exhaustion in Cisco Video Surveillance 7000 Series IP Cameras before 2.12.4 allows remote attackers to crash and reload devices. Ingress processing of crafted Cisco Discovery Protocol or LLDP packets fails to release consumed memory, causing continuous memory growth. Exploitation requires no authentication but requires Layer 2 adjacency in the same broadcast domain; repeated packet processing interrupts camera service through a forced reload.
