Improper authorization in Cisco BroadWorks Application Server allows remote authenticated users to receive unauthorized Call Center calls. The XSI-Actions interface improperly validates and authorizes a specific command sequence, allowing a user to join a Call Center instance without permission. A valid account and network access to the interface are required; successful exploitation routes queued calls and their sensitive content to the attacker.
