File disclosure via arbitrary CLI file access

Information disclosure in the Cisco SD-WAN Software CLI allows local users to read portions of arbitrary files on the system. The CLI command accepts an arbitrary local-file target without adequate file-access protections and returns portions of the targeted file. An authenticated local session with low privileges is required, and the reported consequence is limited to confidentiality.
