Authenticated arbitrary file read via file references

Path traversal in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager before 20.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary operating-system files. The web interface accepts a crafted file reference and resolves it without limiting the referenced file to an authorized filesystem scope. An authenticated management user can exploit that scope failure remotely to disclose files from the underlying operating system, but no file modification or service interruption is reported.
