Resource exhaustion in Firepower Device Manager for Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Software allows remote authenticated users to disrupt management. Its filesystem-usage logic permits repeated file uploads to consume all available storage rather than enforcing a resource limit. High-privilege FDM access is required; exhaustion triggers database errors and leaves web management unresponsive until manual cleanup.
