Authentication bypass in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager cluster mode allows remote attackers to create administrative accounts. The application messaging service accepts crafted user-supplied input without proper authentication checks, enabling calls to privileged actions. Exposure requires cluster mode; successful exploitation can create new administrative-level users and invoke other privileged system actions.
