Device reload via malformed transit TLS message

Denial of service in Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Software 6.3.0 allows remote attackers to reload devices via crafted transit TLS traffic. The software-based SSL/TLS message handler insufficiently validates a message traversing the device, crashing its process and forcing an automatic reload. Exploitation requires an enabled SSL decryption policy on a listed hardware platform or FTDv; messages addressed to the device do not trigger it.
