Authorization bypass in Cisco Unified Communications Manager before 12.5(1)SU4 allows remote authenticated users to modify portal data. The Self Care Portal insufficiently validates user-supplied data in crafted HTTP requests before applying information changes. A valid portal account is required, and the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized modification rather than disclosure or service interruption.
