Missing authentication in a Data Network service in Cisco Application Services Engine 1.1(3d) and earlier allows remote attackers to control hosts. Insufficient access controls let crafted TCP requests reach the privileged service and run containers or invoke host-level operations. Network reachability to the cluster's Data Network is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required.
