Open redirect in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express with Finesse 12.6(1) and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users via crafted links. The web management interface accepts URL parameters from HTTP requests without adequate validation and uses them to select redirect destinations. Exploitation requires a user to click the attacker's link; the resulting redirect sends that user to a malicious site for phishing, without reported data access or service interruption.
