Restricted information disclosure via missing privilege checks
Published Jan 20, 2021 · Updated Nov 12, 2024
Authorization bypass in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager allows remote authenticated users to read restricted logs and configurations. The web-based management interface fails to enforce user-account privilege checks when low-privileged users request logs, configurations, and device information. A valid low-privileged account is required; exploitation discloses management data outside that account's assigned authorization.
