Script execution via reflected file download
Published Jan 20, 2021 · Updated Nov 12, 2024
Reflected file download in Cisco Data Center Network Manager before 11.5(1) allows remote attackers to execute script via crafted links. The web management interface fails to validate user-supplied input submitted through the link, enabling attacker-controlled content to be returned as a downloadable file. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires an authenticated interface user to follow the link; the reported consequence is script execution on the affected device.
