Authenticated command injection via Command Runner input

Command injection in Cisco Catalyst Center before 1.3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary CLI commands on managed devices. The Command Runner tool accepts crafted execution input or API parameters without sufficient validation, letting extra device CLI or configuration CLI commands bypass its approved-command list. Valid authenticated access to Command Runner or its API is required, and exploitation can alter or interrupt managed-device operation without disclosing data.
