Administrator impersonation via unchecked password changes

Incorrect authorization in Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences 10.6.0 through 10.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to change any password. The password-change path accepts a modified HTTP request but applies authorization checks that do not confine a nonadministrative account to permitted users. A nonadministrative account can therefore reset an administrator password and impersonate that administrator.
