Local privilege escalation via unchecked user input

Improper input validation in Android 12 allows local users to disable notifications for an arbitrary user through snoozeNotification. NotificationListenerService.java accepts an untrusted user identifier without validating that it belongs to the calling context, allowing the service to apply the snooze operation to another user's notifications. Exploitation requires user execution privileges and user interaction on the device; the resulting impact is notification suppression and local privilege escalation rather than remote code execution.
