Local privilege escalation via skipped Parcel status field

A Parcel deserialization mismatch in Android 9 through 12 allows local users to gain elevated privileges through crafted parcel data. GpsNavigationMessage.createFromParcel skips the four-byte status field unless at least 32 parcel bytes remain, although writeToParcel always writes it. A low-privileged local context can trigger the mismatch without user interaction, allowing execution with elevated privileges.
