Local information disclosure via uninitialized parcel fields

Information disclosure in Android 11 and Android 12 allows local users to read target-process memory through crafted Binder transactions. BuildParcelFields in generate_cpp.cpp emits parcelable-handling code that leaves data uninitialized, then carries those bytes across a Binder transaction into another process. A low-privileged local process can trigger the disclosure without user interaction; the reported impact is limited to reading memory, not modifying data or interrupting service.
