Local privilege escalation via heap reference-count overflow

Integer overflow in Imagination Technologies PowerVR GPU for Android SoC allows local users to execute arbitrary code and gain privileges. DevmemIntHeapAcquire increments a device-memory heap reference count without rejecting overflow, allowing the count to wrap and corrupt heap-lifetime accounting. A local malicious application needs no user interaction or additional execution privileges, and successful exploitation elevates its code within the affected device.
