Local privilege escalation via freed device pointer

Use-after-free in Android kernel BPF code allows local users with System execution privileges to escalate privileges without interaction. The bpf_skb_change_head path calls __bpf_skb_max_len, which derives a length limit by reading MTU and header data through an skb device pointer after its lifetime can end. Reaching the flaw requires local access with System execution privileges; successful exploitation raises privileges, with no user interaction.
