Local privilege escalation via xHCI out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in the Android kernel USB host driver allows local users to escalate privileges without user interaction. xhci_vendor_get_ops reads vendor-operation data from extra-private storage even when the platform override leaves extra_priv_size undefined, extending access beyond the slab object. Exploitation requires local low-privileged execution and a kernel built with the affected xHCI vendor hooks; no user interaction is required.
