Local information disclosure via PNG palette misclassification

Out-of-bounds read in Android 8.1 through 11 allows local users to disclose process memory through a specially formed PNG image. SkPngCodec honors an RGB 5-6-5 sBIT declaration for palette PNGs, causing RGB_to_BGR1_portable to read palette data using the wrong layout and beyond its bounds. A malicious local application can trigger the decoder without user interaction or additional execution privileges, exposing data outside the intended image buffer.
