Use-after-free memory corruption in MediaTek APUSYS on Android 10.0 and 11.0 allows local users to elevate privileges. APUSYS accesses memory after it has been freed, but MediaTek has not identified the affected function, object, or triggering input. Exploitation requires System execution privileges and no user interaction; success grants elevated privileges on an affected MediaTek chipset.
