Local privilege escalation via unchecked printf precision

Out-of-bounds write in Android 8.1, 9, 10, and 11 allows local users to escalate privileges through a crafted SQL printf format. sqlite3_str_vappendf accepts an attacker-controlled floating-point precision of at least 2,147,483,647 and overflows its conversion buffer. Exploitation requires a path that injects the format into SQL executed by a privileged process; no user interaction is required.
