Out-of-bounds read in the MediaTek Android Wi-Fi driver allows physically proximate attackers to disclose memory without authentication. The driver processes wireless input without checking its bounds, allowing a read beyond the intended memory region. Affected MediaTek chipsets running Android 8.1 through 11 require only wireless proximity; no user interaction or execution privileges are needed.
