Local privilege escalation via unchecked ASF bounds

Out-of-bounds write in Android's ASF extractor in versions 8.1 through 11.0 allows local users to escalate privileges via ASF input. On affected MediaTek chipsets, the extractor writes beyond a buffer because it fails to validate bounds while parsing that input. A low-privileged local application can trigger the flaw without user interaction and gain the extractor's elevated privileges.
