Remote information disclosure via MP3 decoder over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Android 11 Media Framework allows remote attackers to disclose heap data through crafted MP3 content. When the decoder's main-data circular buffer wraps, fillMainDataBuf preloads an input byte after the final pair, reading beyond the supplied heap buffer. Exploitation requires a user to process attacker-supplied MP3 content; no additional execution privileges are needed, and the reported consequence is memory disclosure.
